一、基本信息

梁继超,副教授,硕士研究生导师,304am永利集团药物高通量筛选技术国家地方联合工程研究中心骨干成员。国家公派美国University of Pennsylvania医学院访问学者。武汉海特生物制药股份有限公司科技副总。教育部学位中心全国研究生教育评估监测专家,湖北省科技厅生物医药项目评审专家。Chemical Engineering Journal, Carbohydrate Polymers, Journal of Cellular Biochemistry, International Journal of Nanomedicine, Journal of Biomaterials Applications等期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金,湖北省自然科学基金,企业横向课题等多项科研项目,到账总经费440余万元。以第一作者或通讯作者在Journal of Hepatology, Chemical Engineering Journal, Small等期刊发表SCI论文15余篇,授权中国发明专利4项。

主要研究领域:糖脂代谢稳态调控新机制,生物材料设计与应用。

三、研究方向

主要集中于探索2型糖尿病及非酒精性脂肪肝发病机制,寻找新的潜在治疗靶点,并构建相应的药物筛选平台。同时,我们研究传统中药(主要指植物药)活性成分构效关系,揭示其发挥药理作用的潜在分子机制。此外,我们利用学科交叉的思想,基于生物学,化学,材料学等原理,设计生物材料,纳米酶等,探索其在糖尿病创面修复方面的应用,并揭示其潜在作用机制。
